About Position:


We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Consultant with deep expertise in ERP implementations, manufacturing operations, planning and scheduling, and business process transformation. The ideal candidate will work closely with global customers to analyze business requirements, drive process improvements, lead implementation initiatives, and deliver best-practice manufacturing and supply chain solutions. This role requires strong consulting, stakeholder management, and business process expertise within large enterprise manufacturing environments.

What You'll Do:


  • Lead manufacturing and supply chain implementation projects for global enterprise customers.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP and process solutions
  • Conduct discovery workshops, process assessments, and solution design sessions.
  • Provide consulting expertise in core manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, and distribution processes.
  • Support implementation of manufacturing modules including production orders, discrete manufacturing, and repetitive manufacturing.
  • Advise customers on Planning and Scheduling processes including MRP, MSW, and PSW.
  • Assess existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
  • Lead and facilitate customer meetings, workshops, solution reviews, and training sessions.
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, implementation documents, and user training materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants and customer teams within assigned areas of expertise.
  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support global project delivery across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Participate in business process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure customer objectives, business requirements, and implementation goals are successfully achieved.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • APICS certification is highly preferred.
  • Certification in APICS, QAD Products, or other Supply Chain and Manufacturing disciplines is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Planning and Scheduling processes including MRP, MSW, and PSW.
  • Strong understanding of Discrete Manufacturing and Repetitive Production environments.
  • Experience working with Production Orders and shop floor manufacturing operations.
  • Exposure to MES applications and data collection systems is desirable.
  • More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing implementations and business consulting with large global organizations.
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience or 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience managing and leading large implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
  • Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Good understanding of ERP solutions, business operations, and enterprise application environments.
  • Excellent customer management, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience mentoring consultants and providing subject matter expertise.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities across global projects and different time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
  • Proven ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, project teams, and leadership to achieve successful business outcome.
