THE WORK

Join the Moorestown Operations Team! We are looking for a talented and motivated Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) to join our growing team. As an MPM, you will have the opportunity to work for various exciting programs across one of our Launchers, Solid State Radar, or Aegis product lines, while collaborating with a diverse and talented group of individuals. This position will be supporting our Launchers product line.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• The successful execution of assigned programs specifically meeting schedule and cost targets.
• Working across Moorestown teams including factory operations, program office, sourcing; and will ensure intra-LM/RMS scope is executed.
• Supporting and presenting production status at required program meetings.
• Earned Value Management responsibility entailing development of baselines, support plans, and recovery plans as required.

• Control Account Manager (CAM) training and certified or equivalent Earned Value Management experience is desirable.
