We’re looking for a high-energy Senior Technical Recruiter who does more than sourcing resumes.With 4–7years of experience, you thrive on cold outreach, crack tough technical hires, and consistently close roles in fast-moving, competitive markets.
You will act as a true talent advisor, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Technical Recruiter to join the team! This position requires a highly organized, data-driven individual . This role requires attention to detail and the uncanny ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests while interacting professionally with people inside and outside the organization
Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
- Youre the type of recruiter who partners with stakeholders and business leaders and who provides insight and strategy throughout the hiring process
- You move and iterate quickly, thriving in opportunities to learn about teams, products, and technologies
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to use internal or external data to influence stakeholders and drive departmental or organizational outcomes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred candidate profile :
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 4 years recruiting for technical/engineering positions
- Experience building globally distributed teams and working across multiple time zones
- Experience building and scaling engineering teams, preferably in one or more of the following areas of focus: Full Stack or Backend Engineering Engineering Management AI and Machine Learning,Database and Data Vizualization ,Infrastructure ,Cloud and DevOps
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
