Manual Test Engineer

Looking for a Manual Tester to join a SaaS team on a contract basis.

!!Twilio experience is a non-negotiable!!

If you haven’t worked with Twilio Studio flows and Twilio Flex integrations, this role isn’t for you.

We’re looking for someone who has tested communication workflows across SMS, email and document generation, alongside the usual manual testing skills you’d expect within a modern SaaS product environment.

You’ll be involved in:

• Testing Twilio Studio flows and Flex workflows
• Validating SMS, email and document outputs
• Regression testing and feature validation
• Defect management and test execution
• Working closely with developers and product teams
• Azure DevOps environments and delivery pipelines
