The Managing Director at Navuday Software will oversee the company’s strategic direction, manage business operations, and ensure alignment with the organization's vision and financial objectives. Responsibilities include leading high-performing teams, developing growth strategies, fostering client relationships, managing budgets, and driving profitability. The Managing Director will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and risks while ensuring operational excellence. This is a full-time on-site role based in Haldwani.

• Strategic leadership and business management skills, including decision making, problem-solving, and organizational acumen.
• Experience in fostering client relationships, stakeholder management, and aligning business objectives with client needs.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and driving operational efficiency to optimize organizational performance.
• Solid knowledge of industry trends in technology, manufacturing, healthcare, or business automation is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and team-building abilities to inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
• Experience with both global and regional operations, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business climates.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in a senior management or executive leadership role, preferably in a technology or software development company.
