We're Hiring | Technical Assistant to Managing Director

Location: New Delhi

At Thrive Future Habitats, we're building luxury, nature-integrated communities inspired by the world's Blue Zones — places designed for longevity, sustainability, and a life lived differently. It's ambitious work, and our Managing Director needs someone equally driven to help run the engine room.


Position Overview

  • Reports directly to the Managing Director
  • Provides technical and advisory support across all engineering and project-related functions
  • Acts as the primary technical liaison between the Managing Director and internal or external stakeholders


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director in identification, assessment and evaluation of land opportunities including coordination for site visits, data collection and preliminary feasibility analysis
  • Coordinate end-to-end due diligence activities including title verification, regulatory checks, approvals mapping, technical assessments and documentation tracking with legal, technical and external consultants
  • Track progress of multiple ongoing projects, transactions and discussions and ensure timely follow-up on action items with internal and external teams
  • Support preparation of project briefs, presentations, concept notes, meeting agendas and summary reports for management discussions and external engagements
  • Coordinate with architects, planners and design consultants for concept development, layouts, design revisions and compilation of technical inputs
  • Assist in engagement with financial modelers, lenders and investors by coordinating data requirements, information memorandums, financial inputs and review meetings
  • Maintain organized records of land opportunities, project documents, consultant deliverables, approvals, agreements and correspondence
  • Support market research and benchmarking related to land pricing, real estate trends, hospitality developments, competition and emerging opportunities
  • Facilitate internal coordination across business development, legal, finance, projects and liaison teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables
  • Monitor key milestones, risks and dependencies across transactions and development initiatives and highlight critical issues requiring management attention
  • Assist in development partnerships, operator tie-ups and strategic collaborations through coordination of discussions, proposals, commercial inputs and documentation
  • Ensure professional communication, scheduling and coordination for meetings, consultant interactions, site visits and stakeholder engagements
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives undertaken by the MD from time to time in line with business growth objectives


Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Civil)/ architecture from a recognised institution
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant role in real estate/ infrastructure sector
  • Exposure to construction contracts will be a plus
  • Exposure to any project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Primavera, or similar platforms will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Compensation

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
