Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1800000 (ie INR 5-18 LPA)

Min Experience: 10 years

As a senior HRO leader, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations for a large and complex workforce, balancing operational rigor with people development and customer experience. The role requires deep expertise in HRO delivery, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage scale, complexity, and change. You will play a critical role in shaping workforce strategy, improving service efficiency, and partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class HR outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HRO delivery operations for a large team of 150-250 employees
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of HR services aligned with defined service-level agreements
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and systemic issues impacting service quality and customer experience, and drive resolution through collaboration with clients and internal partners
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and competency assessments for team members
  • Develop and execute training and development plans to strengthen team capabilities and close skill gaps
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement through coaching and leadership support
  • Plan and manage workforce requirements, ensuring optimal staffing levels aligned with budget and business demand
  • Establish workforce plans that anticipate future growth, transitions, and operational needs
  • Lead or contribute to departmental and strategic projects focused on process improvement, transformation, and efficiency
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the right tools, systems, and guidance to perform effectively
  • Manage and collaborate with global business partners, fostering cross-site teamwork and innovation
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvement initiatives
