We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen our recruitment function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and leading a team of recruiters to attract and hire top talent aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance and achievement of hiring goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Design innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and market mapping techniques.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) and drive data-informed improvements.
- Ensure effective utilization and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
Skills Required :
- 2+ years of experience managing a talent acquisition team.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic sourcing plans.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools and excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to hiring.
