As part of the Strategy Consulting team you will lead project teams to support global engagements, delivering impactful results through strategic insights and recommendations. As a Manager you will play a key leadership role in driving the end-to-end delivery of complex strategy projects, guiding clients through critical business decisions while fostering collaboration and

talent development within your team.

What You Must Have

• Master's Degree
• 7 years of experience
• MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / PGDM from a premier/ tier 1 B-School
• 7 - 11 years post MBA relevant experience in strategy consulting with expertise in large scale transformations (Growth Strategy, Business Model Reinvention, Enterprise Digital Value Transformation, ERP), business strategy, business value acceleration, enterprise-level growth
