This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Statutory Audit, based in Chennai. The role involves managing and overseeing statutory audits, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supervising audit teams. The Manager will interact closely with clients, communicate findings, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements. Responsibilities also include reviewing work done by junior team members, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining a high standard of reporting accuracy.

• Proficiency in Statutory Audits, Audit Planning, and Execution of Audit Procedures
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Regulatory Compliances
• Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Mentoring Audit Teams
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Report Preparation Skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Client Relationship Management Abilities
• Proficiency in Audit and Accounting Software, as well as MS Office Suite
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent is required
• Prior experience in auditing for MSMEs or large enterprises is advantageous
