We’re Hiring | Purchase & Procurement Team

SGT University is expanding its Purchase & Procurement Department and invites experienced professionals from the University / Hospital / Healthcare sector to join our dynamic team.

We are hiring for the following positions:

1.) Manager – Purchase (CAPEX, OPEX & Pharmacy)

• Experience: 10–15 Years
• Lead end-to-end procurement operations including Capital Expenditure, Operational Expenditure, and Pharmacy purchases. The role involves vendor negotiations, tendering (RFQ/RFP/EOI), regulatory compliance, AMC/CMC management, cost optimization, and team leadership.
• Preferred Profile: MBA/PGDM (Supply Chain/Finance/Operations) with strong exposure to healthcare or institutional procurement.

2.) Assistant Manager – Purchase (CAPEX, OPEX & Pharmacy)

• Experience: 5–8 Years
• Support procurement planning, vendor sourcing, comparative analysis, purchase order management, tender documentation, and compliance monitoring.
• Preferred Profile: MBA / Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Pharmacy with healthcare/university procurement experience.

3.) Senior Executive – Purchase (CAPEX, OPEX & Pharmacy)

• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Handle day-to-day procurement activities including PR/PO generation, vendor coordination, MIS reporting, invoice follow-ups, and pharmacy stock coordination.
• Preferred Profile: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Pharmacy with strong Excel & ERP knowledge.
