Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Department in the Department of Pharmacy at ATMS Group of Institutions, located in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. The Head of Department will oversee academic and administrative functions, foster research and development, mentor faculty and students, and ensure academic excellence within the Pharmacy department. The role also involves developing and implementing strategic plans, maintaining compliance with educational standards and policies, and building collaborations with industry professionals and other institutions to enhance learning opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Medicine
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and Strategic Planning
• Leadership and team management skills to mentor faculty and support students effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborations with industry professionals
• Proven ability to oversee academic and administrative operations within a higher education setting
• Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred; candidates with significant industry and academic experience will also be considered
