Role Description

Position: Manager- Leasing & Sales


The responsibilities include overseeing/ managing/ driving leasing and sales activities for the assigned marketplace, generating leads, negotiating contracts, developing business plans to enhance revenue, engaging in sales activities, and managing commercial real estate portfolios. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring effective property management aligned with organizational objectives.


  • Drive occupancy, space monetization, and premium leasing opportunities.
  • Personally handle key accounts and strategic clients.
  • Lead negotiations, finalize commercials, and ensure timely closure of high-value deals.
  • Set clear KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks for the assigned team.
  • Drive a high-performance, ownership-driven culture across teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training programs, and succession planning.


Qualifications/ Skills & Competencies Required

  • Experience in Commercial Leasing- Malls/ Office Spaces/ IPC's etc.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Leasing/ Sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • A go-getter with a strong network of clients, channel partners, and corporate contacts (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Commercial Real Estate to develop strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Strong Sales expertise with the ability to maintain client relationships and drive successful contract negotiations and deal closures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in commercial properties, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
