The Marketing & Communications Manager India will drive the strategic planning, execution and oversight of Indian marketing programs for the GF Piping Systems division. Under the guidance of the Head of Marketing & Communications APAC, country sales leadership and the marketing teams to drive campaigns and programs that build sales pipeline, nurture leads and convert to orders.
Devise and manage marketing programs and events and include campaign analysis, tracking and reporting for strategic marketing initiatives and events. Responsible for working on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs in India that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution. You will use your experience, skills and enthusiasm to organize tradeshows and events, digital marketing campaigns, develop and localize content and ensure successful market lead qualification and nurturing.

Your Responsibilities
- Proactively develop, implement and manage the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms under the guidance of the Regional Marketing & Communications Manager.
- Establish go-to-market strategies for GF Piping Systems inclusive of Business Unit product marketing and segment focused marketing, that encompass product launch, lead generation, experiential and social media and determine the most effective strategies to help meeting revenue goals.
- Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly.
- Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly Coordinate marketing activities with Marketing, Communications and Sales Enablement.
- Manage events and trade shows.
- Manage speaker presentation materials.
- Research/make recommendations on regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing, sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative means to reach online audiences.
- Proactively support effective internal communications and external communications including public relations to drive exposure of GF Piping Systems and the key focus market segments.
- Develop case studies and thought leadership stories as well as articles for internal newsletters that drive demand for our solutions and perceived leadership in the country
- Solid B.A. /B.S. degree, 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.
- Marketing campaign development and event management experience.
- Digital Marketing and social media marketing experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills in active listening and rapport building at multiple levels of decision makers, including regional management.
- Well-developed organizing and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time
