About The Role

We are an innovative fintech company seeking to strengthen our digital presence and deepen brand engagement across multiple channels. We are looking for a skilled and experienced social media manager to lead our social media strategy and drive impactful email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize WhatsApp marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Lead and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Oversee daily social media operations, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Create, manage, and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports, translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to develop engaging, goal-oriented campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a dynamic team to ensure smooth and effective execution of all digital marketing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and fintech, and incorporate innovative practices into ongoing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • “Exposure to financial markets and investment instruments is desirable.
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing, YouTube channel management, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Proven expertise in social media optimization, platform-specific content strategies, and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance, interpreting data, and driving improvements.
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
