About us

Galler is an end-to-end engineering and electronics manufacturing company. We design and manufacture industrial electronics for India's largest telecom, petroleum, and energy operators - Reliance Jio, BSNL, Indus Towers, IOCL, Nokia, L&T, and others. We are now building the digital backbone to run the company with full accountability and real-time visibility.

The role

We're hiring the person who will design, implement, and own our company-wide ERP/MIS. You will take us from scattered spreadsheets to a single source of truth covering inventory, manufacturing, procurement, projects, HR, and product lifecycle - with clean data, clear ownership, and audit trails across the business. This is a build-it-from-the-ground-up mandate with direct visibility to leadership.

What you'll do

  • Select, configure, and roll out our ERP (ERPNext / Odoo / equivalent) across the factory and offices.
  • Map and digitize core workflows: inventory and stores, BOM and production (including subcontracted PCBA/SMT), procurement, dispatch, quality, and traceability.
  • Set up HR, attendance, payroll, and project-management modules.
  • Establish role-based access, approval workflows, and reporting dashboards for accountability.
  • Integrate secure cloud storage and data-sharing across teams.
  • Train staff, drive adoption, and own the system post-go-live.

You must have

  • Hands-on experience implementing ERP/MIS end-to-end in an electronics or manufacturing firm (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP Business One, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of manufacturing modules: BOM, work orders, inventory/stores, subcontracting, batch/serial traceability.
  • Ability to translate shop-floor and office processes into clean system workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Indian GST, e-invoicing, and e-Way Bill in an ERP context.
  • A structured, accountability-first mindset and the ability to train non-technical users.

Good to have

  • Experience with ERPNext/Frappe specifically, or having run an implementation as an internal owner (not just as a vendor consultant).
  • Exposure to PLM, quality systems, or dashboard/BI tools.
