About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Analytics Manager to lead our Business Analytics & MIS function. In this role, you will manage a team of Business Analysts while driving enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and business insights. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture.
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SAP.
• Build scalable reporting solutions and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR teams to understand business requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Develop predictive analyses, trend reports, and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data quality through governance, audits, and standardized reporting practices.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of self-service analytics and continuously evaluate new BI tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, or Business Intelligence.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading and managing analytics teams.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA, Macros), SAP, SQL, and database management.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Strong domain knowledge in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Python or R for analytics and automation.
• Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning concepts.
• Experience working in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
• Power BI, Tableau, or PMP certification is an added advantage.
• MBA or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
