Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire suitable land for wind energy projects in Rajasthan.
Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Arrange the revenue documents from the revenue department as per requirements.
Co-ordinate with WRA team for the wind location approval.
Negotiate land acquisition agreements with landowners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with legal, environmental, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage relationships with local authorities, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
Oversee the entire land acquisition process from initial identification to final acquisition.
Ensure all land acquisition activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience:

10 to 12 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry.

Education Qualification

Any Bachelor's degree, or a related field.
