Reports to: Sr. GM – HR Shared Services
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR leader to head Global Compensation, HR Analytics, International Payroll Governance, and HRMS Transformation across multiple countries.
This role partners with global HR, business teams, and leadership to build scalable, compliant, and digitally enabled people processes for our international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Compensation & Mobility
- Design and implement compensation frameworks across countries.
- Benchmark global pay ranges, allowances, and benefits.
- Lead global mobility programs including expatriate policies, transitions, and tax equalization.
- Partner with Finance, Tax, and Legal for cross‑border compliance.
- Drive international compensation cycles across entities.
2. Long‑Term Incentives (LTI)
- Oversee design and governance of LTI structure, eligibility, metrics, and vesting.
- Manage annual LTI cycles—nominations, calculations, and communication.
- Ensure country‑level tax and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance for accounting, forecasts, and disclosures.
3. International HR MIS & Business Analytics
- Lead global HR dashboards, MIS reporting, and governance analytics.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports to leadership.
- Ensure global data integrity, accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Automate MIS using HRMS tools and integrations.
- Provide insights for workforce planning, budgeting, and business decisions.
4. HRMS Global Implementation & Governance
- Lead HRMS rollout across all international entities (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance).
- Drive data readiness, mapping, configuration, UAT, and parallel runs.
- Coordinate with global HR, country HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors.
- Oversee hypercare, issue resolution, and post‑implementation adoption.
- Build and scale global SOPs, workflows, governance, and approval matrices.
5. International Payroll Transition & Governance
- Lead payroll migration from multiple countries to centralized HRSS/GCC in Ahmedabad.
- Map country‑specific compensation, taxation, and statutory rules.
- Work closely with country HR, Finance, and external vendors.
- Standardize global payroll processes with local variations.
- Ensure strong monthly accuracy, compliance, and audit controls.
- Establish unified global payroll governance frameworks.
Job Specifications:
- 8–10 years of experience in Global Compensation, HR Analytics, International Payroll Governance, or HR Transformation.
- Strong exposure to multi‑country HRMS implementations (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle / Darwinbox).
- Good understanding of cross‑border taxation, compliance, and global mobility.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Experience collaborating with international teams across time zones.
- Proven ability to lead process standardization and transformation at scale.
