Experience: 3 – 6 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social-media growth, or content-led community building.
Compensation: Up to ₹ 6 LPA basis qualifications, experience and current CTC.

One of our three core offerings is retailing.factori.com — a plug-and-play platform that lets any entrepreneur launch their own e-commerce store, on their own domain, with their own payment gateway, and instantly access thousands of ready-to-ship products from our manufacturer network. Why this role matters — read this carefully
Most influencer marketing is a transaction: brands write cheques, creators post reels, brands measure impressions, cheques get bigger. We think that game is broken.
We are building something different. At factori.com, we sell an e-commerce website on retailing.factori.com to any entrepreneur for ₹ 6,000. For influencers, we are giving that same website for free — in exchange for 2 or 3 short videos promoting the platform.
But that is only the beginning. Once the influencer's own store is live on retailing.factori.com, the influencer becomes a retailer. They start promoting their own store on their own social pages, and every sale they drive lands on our platform. The influencer is not a paid mouth-piece. The influencer is an owner.
Do this at scale, and you have built a network of influencer-retailers — creators who promote the platform AND run stores on it AND drive their own traffic — a flywheel that gets faster the more people you recruit into it. This is what the Manager — Influencer Marketing is being hired to build.
What you'll own
Build the network — the barter model. Identify the right influencers — the ones for whom "a free e-commerce store on your own domain" is a genuinely exciting offer. Sweet spot: Instagram, YouTube, and short-video creators with 10K – 500K followers, in categories like fashion, lifestyle, side-hustle content, small-business content, homemakers, students, tier-2 & tier-3 lifestyle content. Explain the offer, close the barter, sign a light contract, onboard, launch their store, hand-hold through go-live.
Drive the two outcomes that matter. First — new signups to retailing.factori.com from the influencer's promotional videos. Second — sales on the influencer's own store, driven by their ongoing social-media promotion. Track both, weekly.
Content strategy — for them, not for us. Build the briefs, scripts, hooks, and edit templates the creators need. Coach them. Own the content-quality bar for every video that goes out about factori.com.
Systems, tracking, and community. Build a CRM of every influencer — status, videos live, store live, monthly sales. Build a WhatsApp / Discord community for the network. Publish a weekly influencer-marketing dashboard to the CEO.
Category expansion. Every quarter, add a new creator segment we didn't have last quarter — regional creators, tier-2/tier-3 India, cricket/faith/college/festival content, and eventually B2B and export creators.
What we're looking for
Must-have: 3–6 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social-media growth, or content-led community building at a consumer brand, D2C, agency, EdTech or platform. Track record running influencer campaigns end-to-end. Deep fluency with the Indian creator ecosystem — you should know who the mid-tier creators are in at least 5 categories. Comfort with outreach at volume — you can write 50 DMs a day and close a barter deal on WhatsApp. Strong English; conversational Hindi strongly preferred; a regional language is a real advantage. Practical fluency with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and content brief templates. Bachelor's in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business.
Nice-to-have: prior work at a D2C brand, an influencer-marketing agency, an EdTech, or a creator-economy startup; a personal social handle you've grown or content you've shipped; understanding of e-commerce, dropshipping, and side-hustle content; familiarity with barter or affiliate models.
