Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager HR & Admin, located in New Delhi. The Manager HR & Admin will oversee daily human resources and administrative operations. .Key responsibilities include managing recruitment and staffing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, maintaining employee records, and developing HR strategies. Additional tasks include overseeing office management, coordinating with other departments, and supporting management in strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with an ability to handle employee relations effectively
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, HR policies, and handling administrative operations
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Experience in developing HR strategies and policies
- Proficient with HR management software and office tools
- Experience in the security services or facility management industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are a plus
- 4-5 yrs working experience in similar position.
