Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for a Financial Sales Consultant. The consultant will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate financial and insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include assisting clients with financial planning, providing guidance on investment options and retirement planning, and conducting regular reviews to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with teams and staying up to date on market trends will also be essential to drive business growth.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
- Strong knowledge of Investments and overall Finance
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships
- Proficiency in building trust and addressing customer needs effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial sales is an advantage
