Your Role
As a Manager at StayVista, you’ll be responsible for coordinating closing meals for events while ensuring that all dietary preferences and requirements are met. In the pre-sale phase, you will support clients by providing tailored F&B options that align with their event goals and budgets. Your role will involve liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and propose suitable food and beverage solutions. You will also provide guidance and recommendations on event logistics, menu planning, and related queries. Working closely with the Events & Experiences team, you will ensure seamless coordination from pre-sale through event execution and post-event follow-up. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of event bookings, contracts, communications, and F&B details, while assisting with reporting to track event budgets, F&B orders, client requests, and overall event performance.

Your Role

About You
- 5-10 years relevant sales experience in the events or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the events industry/Travel industry, including familiarity with event planning, conferences, exhibitions, and related services. Knowledge of the hospitality sector and accommodation booking processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proactive and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for Stayvista events, and conferences.
- Graduate or post-graduate from a relevant field, preferably in hospitality.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
- Experience in designing or managing large-scale F&B operations for corporate events, weddings, or premium hospitality brands
