Kefilo is a food-tech startup focused on building healthy versions of everyday Indian food through cloud kitchens, meal programs, in-house food products, and B2B food solutions for gyms, hospitals, and institutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Officer who can own marketing end-to-end — from brand positioning and demand generation to sales support and on-ground execution.

This role is for someone who understands that marketing = branding + leads + revenue, not just posts and creatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBranding & Positioning
  • Own Kefilo’s brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency
  • Define how Kefilo is positioned across food, health, and wellness
  • Ensure all communication reflects product truth and delivery capability
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Plan and execute social media, content, and basic performance campaigns
  • Drive inbound leads for meals, subscriptions, and B2B partnerships
  • Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and interns if required
Sales & Revenue Support
  • Work closely with founders and operations to convert leads into customers
  • Create sales collaterals: menus, pitch decks, brochures, WhatsApp creatives
  • Support B2B sales conversations with gyms, hospitals, and institutions
On-ground Marketing & Partnerships
  • Execute offline activations, sampling, and local partnerships
  • Coordinate with delivery partners, kitchens, and vendors
  • Represent Kefilo in meetings, demos, and pilot programs
Analytics & Feedback Loop
  • Track leads, conversions, CAC, repeat orders, and campaign performance
  • Collect customer feedback and feed insights back into product & pricing
  • Continuously optimise marketing efforts based on real data
What This Role Is NOT
  • Not a social media-only role
  • Not a creative-only branding role
  • Not an agency-style execution job

This is an ownership role with business accountability.

Ideal Candidate
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in branding, marketing, or growth
  • Exposure to food, FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, or D2C brands
  • Comfortable handling both strategy and execution
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on-ground and take responsibility
