Job Summary
The Manager – Business Development & Community Relations will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Pebbles Therapy Centre through strategic marketing, partnerships, and outreach initiatives. The role will also oversee public relations, ensuring strong engagement with parents, therapists, schools, and medical professionals. In addition, the position will manage key HR activities including recruitment, staff coordination, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Marketing
- Develop and implement strategies to promote Pebbles Therapy Centre and increase client enrolment.
- Build partnerships with schools, pediatricians, hospitals, and community organizations.
- Organize awareness programs, workshops, and outreach events to promote therapy services.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and establish new branches.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations and demand for new centres.
- Support branding, digital presence, and local marketing initiatives.
2. Public Relations & Parent Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding queries, feedback, and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication between parents and therapists.
- Ensure a positive experience for families and children visiting the centre.
- Address and resolve concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with parents to maintain trust and satisfaction.
3. Therapist & Team Coordination
- Maintain smooth coordination between therapists, administrative staff, and management.
- Support therapists in scheduling, communication, and operational requirements.
- Ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
4. Human Resources Management
- Manage recruitment of therapists and support staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain staff records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support staff development, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.
5. Operations & Expansion
- Assist management in planning and launching new Pebbles Therapy Centre branches.
- Coordinate infrastructure, staffing, and operational setup for new locations.
- Ensure consistent service quality across all centres.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Marketing, Public Relations, or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with parents, therapists, schools, and medical professionals.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in healthcare, therapy, education, or child development sectors will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
