Role Overview

ISPP is looking for a mid-senior communications professional to lead and strengthen its brand and public engagement efforts, with a strong hands-on focus on visual storytelling. This is a build-from-scratch role requiring both strategic thinking and on-ground execution.

The selected candidate will shape institutional narratives while independently leading photography, videography, and video editing across classrooms, events, public discussions, and campus life. The role requires high collaboration with faculty, students, leadership, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead institutional photography and videography; edit high-quality reels, explainers, and long-form videos
• Guide a small communications team and coordinate with PR and creative agencies
• Strengthen ISPP’s brand positioning across digital, print, media, and events
• Drive growth of website, social media, newsletters, and webinars through visual content
• Conceptualise and execute policy meet-ups, webinars, and public discussions
• Produce thought leadership assets including op-eds, blogs, interviews, and faculty explainers
• Build and maintain structured visual archives of lectures, panels, and public engagements

Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in brand, communications, or public affairs
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in photography, videography, and video editing
• Experience in higher education, public policy, or mission-driven organisations preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills
• ISPP alumni will be strongly preferred
