Job Description

Lending domain knowledge required.
Knowledge as Techno Functional Business Analyst (including API integration).
Engage stakeholders to gather (Application, Software and business) requirements and solutioning.
Preparing technical document for system integration.
Hands on experience in manual testing on Agile Methodology and others method too as per requirement.
Required Knowledge of loan processing across applications - sourcing (LOS and LMS), CRM, Servicing and collections.
Understanding Business requirements from user and create BRD/UD including workflow, Flow-diagram, technical scoping and field mapping.
Test Cases and /or Test scenarios preparation for testing before releasing to end users.
UAT Release management process.
UAT defect tracking and closing for production movement.
Abiding with internal process like, Change process, Information Security, Hardware setup and Production release management.
Providing solution and supporting development team to achieve project timelines.
Experience in client handling, monitoring, requirement gathering, implementing processes and co-ordination
