Job Description

The Senior Engineering Program Manager (Manager 4) owns the end‑to‑end execution of high‑complexity engineering programs, operating with significant autonomy. This role is accountable for scope, schedule, risk, and cross‑functional alignment, and regularly communicates execution status and trade‑offs to leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10–14 years of experience in program or product management
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional, global teams
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage program risk and execution
  
  

Preferred

• Experience managing OEM or customer‑specific programs
• Experience working with contract manufacturing or high‑volume manufacturing
• Experience driving process improvement or cost‑reduction initiatives
  
  

Skills

• Advanced program execution and risk management
• Stakeholder and customer engagement
• Requirements and change‑management processes
• Cost, schedule, and dependency modeling
• Proficiency with Jira, Polarion, Clarity, Microsoft Project, Agile PLM tools
