Management Trainee / Graduate Trainee - Strategy (PTL Business)

The Mission

As MT/GT for LTL Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial direction. This is a high-visibility position where your strategic insights directly influence the P&L. You will be expected to move seamlessly between long-term planning and the operational nuances of execution, solving complex challenges within the Indian logistics landscape.

The Mandate: Ownership & Impact

• P&L Orchestration: You won't just "analyze" numbers; you will own the levers of profitability. You’ll identify where we win, where we bleed, and how we scale.
• Strategic Intelligence: Build the ultimate competitive dossier. You are our internal consulting unit, synthesizing market signals into actionable battle plans.
• Product Futurist: Partner with Tech and Product teams to build the next generation of logistics features. You define the "what" and "why"; they build the "how."
• High-Stakes Communication: You are the bridge to the C-suite. You will distill complex multi-variable problems into "decision-friendly" narratives for the CXO office.
• Agile Execution: Lead cross-functional strike teams across Finance, BD, and Operations to turn stagnant processes into high-growth flywheels.

The Profile of Excellence:

• Pedigree: An Alumnus of Tier-1 institutions (IIT/IIM/ISB) with a track record of academic and professional rigor
• Data Fluency: You speak fluent Excel/Google Sheets. If you can use SQL or Python to find needles in haystacks, you’re ahead of the curve
• First-Principles Thinking: You don't rely on "how it's always been done." You break problems down to their fundamental truths
