Data Analyst

Summary: Data Analyst, Pune

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets. The ideal candidate will help transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources
• Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Present findings in a clear and understandable format
• Automate reporting processes where possible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• 3 plus years of experience in similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Minimum to no travel required
