Key Responsibilities Write program specifications, develop test, and support maintenance activities of mainframe applications using CICS COBOL JCL VSAM and DB2 Deliver assigned work on time and with quality Resolve issues if any defects are found in the developed components Ensure compliance with coding standards security policies and best practices Required Skills And Qualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 3 to 4 years of experience in mainframe development, enhancement, support, and deployment Strong command of mainframe technologies including CICS COBOL JCL VSAM and DB2 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and ensure timely quality delivery of assigned tasks
