Position: Mainframe Developer Job Location: Chennai,Hyderabad,Pune Experience: 4-7+Years Required Skill Sets: COBOL , JCL , DB2 , VSAM . Must Have: 4+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe development. Strong programming skills in COBOL and JCL . Proficiency in DB2 (SQL queries, stored procedures) and VSAM file handling. Experience with mainframe utilities and debugging tools. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in CICS , IMS , or other transaction processing systems. Familiarity with DevOps tools for mainframe environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL , JCL , DB2 , and VSAM . Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of existing applications. Optimize batch processes and ensure efficient job scheduling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment. Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Work Location India: Chennai,Hyderabad, Pune TCS Eligibility Criteria: *BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification. *Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
