Role Overview 

We are looking for skilled Magento 2 Developers with 2 -5 years of hands-on experience to join our eCommerce team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling high-performance Adobe Commerce (Magento) stores. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of PHP/OOP, experience in developing custom extensions, and a proven track record of integrating third-party APIs. Preferred the candidates having experience in developing and customizing Magento 2 stores using the Hyvä Theme framework.

Key Responsibilities 

• Module Development: Build and configure custom Magento 2 modules and extensions from scratch.
• Customization: Extend core Magento functionality and override existing features using best practices (Plugins, Observers, and Dependency Injection). 
• API Integrations: Seamlessly integrate third-party systems such as ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways (Stripe/Razorpay), and Shipping providers.
• Frontend Support: Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive layouts and customize Magento themes using XML, LESS/CSS, and Knockout.js. Preferred the candidates having experience in developing and customizing Magento 2 stores using the Hyvä Theme framework.
• Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks; implement caching strategies (Varnish, Redis) and optimize database queries.
• Security: Apply security patches, manage version upgrades, and ensure code follows PSR and Magento coding standards.

Candidate Requirements 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce
• Strong knowledge of PHP, OOP principles, and MySQL
• Experience in custom module and extension development
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Magento frontend architecture
• Experience with Git/version control systems
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
