Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer based in Faridabad. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes comply with quality standards and customer expectations. Daily tasks include reviewing and implementing quality procedures, conducting routine quality inspections, analyzing production processes, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality challenges and ensure compliance with established standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance processes
• Proficiency in Quality Control techniques and Product Quality evaluation methods
• Strong understanding of Quality Management systems and standards
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of tools like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to adapt to dynamic production environments
