Job Description
As an ML Engineer, you will design and develop: ? NLP pipelines for user inputs ? Geolocation-based ML components ? Ranking & matching algorithms ? Embedding-based similarity systems ? Data preprocessing and model evaluation workflows Core Required ? Strong Python ? NLP experience (HuggingFace, BERT family, Sentence Transformers etc.) ? Experience with embeddings, similarity, or semantic search ? Understanding of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant etc.) ? Experience with classification/ranking models ? Familiarity with geolocation/geospatial data (distance calculation, filtering, clustering) ? Experience in deploying ML models Nice to Have ? Experience with multilingual text ? Exposure to transformer-based architectures ? Experience with lightweight inference optimization ? Basic knowledge of recommendation systems QUALIFICATIONS ? 1?4 years hands-on experience in NLP/ML ? Strong grasp of ML fundamentals ? Demonstrated projects in text or ranking models ? Strong debugging and problem-solving skills ? Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
