Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI team for a global industrial gases and engineering client . In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world operations across industrial plants and engineering services worldwide . This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact production operations, safety, and efficiency at a global scale . You will collaborate with international teams to scale AI products that make industrial processes smarter and more sustainable. Responsibilities Develop, train, and deploy ML/DL models across domains: computer vision, NLP/LLMs, time-series forecasting, and predictive analytics. Work on industrial use cases like predictive maintenance, process optimization, quality inspection, and supply chain planning. Implement MLOps pipelines ensuring scalable, reliable, and sustainable AI deployments. Collaborate with global teams of Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business Experts across multiple countries. Support data engineering: pipelines, curation, transformation, and versioning. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI in an industrial / manufacturing / engineering domain . Strong expertise in Python with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn . Hands-on experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) . Exposure to industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, or supply chain AI solutions . Backend/API development skills (FastAPI, Flask) and strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a global, cross-functional team .
