Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy ML models and data-driven solutions. This role is ideal for candidates early in their ML career who are eager to work on real-world problems, learn production-grade ML systems, and collaborate with experienced engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, or recommendation use cases.
Assist in building and maintaining ML pipelines for data pre-processing, model training, and inference.
Work with structured and unstructured data to extract insights and improve model performance.
Deploy ML models into production environments using APIs or batch pipelines.
Perform model tuning, validation, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and senior ML engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Document experiments, models, and technical approaches clearly.

Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related roles.
Strong foundation in Python and common ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
Basic experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Understanding of core ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Understanding of version control (Git) and basic software engineering practices.

Preferred Skills
