This full-time on-site role in Roorkee involves formulating and developing pharmaceutical products through research and testing. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute formulation development processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize formulations for scalability and market readiness. Documentation, troubleshooting, and staying updated with the latest developments in pharmaceutical science are key aspects of this role.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and data interpretation
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation
• Knowledge of formulation technologies, development processes, and relevant software tools
• Familiarity with quality assurance and compliance in pharmaceutical development
• A Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) with 2-3 years of experience in Formulation Development
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices is an advantage
