Business Development Associate (BDA)

Global Visa Online is hiring Business Development Executives / Associates to handle client enquiries, sales conversions, and visa consultation services. Candidates with strong communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and client enquiries for visa services.
• Provide consultation on visa options and immigration processes.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain regular communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the documentation team for application processing.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Freshers with good communication can apply

Prior experience in roles such as:

• Academic Counsellor
• Sales Executive (Telecalling / Telesales)
• Sales Associate
• Client Relationship Executive
• Any target-based sales role
