Job Description

Own and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including import, export, customs clearance and domestic transportation.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of all logistics and trade documentation (shipping documents, invoices, packing list, Bill of Entry, LC documents)
Act as the single point of accountability for documentation review prior to submission to customs, banks and customers.
Lead coordination with suppliers/customers, freight forwarders, transporters to ensure on time and cost-effective deliveries.
Vendor development, price negotiation and Material sourcing
Liaise with banks for vendor payments, LC presentations and bank guarantees.
Provide guidance and escalation support to internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)
Exposure in Movex & Sales Force will be an added advantage.
Jobs profile may also require occasional travelling

Postgraduate in commerce, engineering, logistics and trade from any reputed university/Institute with excellent communications skills.
