Position: Transportation Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20–$40/hour

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Author realistic transportation prompts spanning urban transit planning, traffic engineering, rail and aviation systems, maritime logistics, supply chain coordination, and infrastructure development.
Review and revise AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, feasibility, regulatory alignment, and clarity.
Write high-quality human-authored “gold” responses for complex transportation planning or operational scenarios.
Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in regulatory environments, geographic constraints, demand patterns, safety requirements, or system design assumptions.
Evaluate outputs across different tones (technical, policy-oriented, operational, explanatory) and instruction constraints.
Identify model failure cases involving unrealistic system design, regulatory misinterpretation, flawed logistical reasoning, or safety oversights.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2+ years of professional work experience in transportation planning, infrastructure development, logistics operations, traffic engineering, transit systems, or a related domain.
Active professional familiarity with transportation systems in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
Strong understanding of local infrastructure standards, safety regulations, and operational practices within your linguistic and cultural context.
Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language.
Ability to exercise careful, systems-oriented editorial judgment.
