Job Description

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Phox is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our US healthcare delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer support, dispatch, logistics, or operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from US customers and healthcare partners.
Process customer orders accurately through the Order Management System (OMS).
Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to meet TAT and SLA commitments.
Monitor order status, resolve delivery exceptions, and provide timely customer updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Maintain operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Customer Support, Operations, Dispatch, Logistics, or Healthcare Operations.
Immediate joiners only.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), CRM/Customer Support tools, or Route Planning/Dispatch software is preferred.
Experience supporting US customers, last-mile logistics, or healthcare delivery operations will be an added advantage.
