Logistics Coordinator

• We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated employee who is able to prioritize tasks effectively and punctilious towards work, manage work efficiently, and work well daily in a fast-paced export and logistics environment.

This position will initially be offered on a contract basis, with the opportunity for an extension or long-term employment depending on the employee’s performance and overall contribution to the company.

• Skilled in preparing and processing Shipping Instructions (SI) accurately to ensure smooth documentation flow and timely cargo movement. A candidate must speak fluent english
• Strong experience coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and shipping agents, including securing prior bookings, negotiating competitive freight rates, and ensuring optimal vessel schedules. and a track of all invoices from freight Forwarders.
• Proficient in managing daily shipment tracking and reporting using advanced Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis to monitor container movements and delivery timelines.
• Responsible for releasing, reviewing, and verifying Bills of Lading (BOL) to ensure accuracy in cargo details, consignee information, HS codes, and export documentation requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of major shipping lines and carrier networks, with the ability to track bookings, containers, and vessel updates across multiple platforms.
• Experienced in export/ import documentation and compliance, including coordination of commercial invoices,.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring effective communication with freight forwarders with daily activity
