Job Title: Logistics & Finance Executive

Location: Chennai (Madhavaram)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics & Finance Executive to manage supply chain operations along with financial documentation and reporting. The candidate will coordinate transportation, inventory management, billing, and accounts-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and transportation of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
  • Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, E-way bill, Delivery challan, etc.).
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams.
  • Maintain logistics MIS reports.

Finance Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Maintain daily expense records and payment tracking.
  • Assist in GST filing and other statutory compliance.
  • Support monthly financial reporting and audits.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Good communication and coordination ability.

Qualification

  • B.Com / BBA / BBM / (Finance/Logistics)
  • 0-2 years of experience in Logistics & Accounts (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply)
