We are seeking ICSR Case Processors with strong expertise in Literature Case Processing to support end-to-end pharmacovigilance activities, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and timelines.

• Perform literature screening to identify potential adverse events
• Extract, analyze, and process ICSRs from scientific literature
• Create and validate cases in safety databases
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation as per regulatory guidelines
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to project timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for case processing activities

• 1–5 years of experience in ICSR & Literature Case Processing
• Strong knowledge of Pharmacovigilance (PV) and safety reporting requirements
• Familiarity with global regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA)
• Good understanding of medical and scientific terminology
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and safety databases

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any HCP
