About the Role

We are looking for a Linux System Administrator (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on Linux infrastructure, server management, automation, and enterprise system operations.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to Linux administration, shell scripting, networking, security configurations, cloud environments, and infrastructure troubleshooting, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world systems administration challenges.

You will collaborate with global AI and engineering teams to assess the technical accuracy, reliability, and operational effectiveness of AI-generated solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for infrastructure automation, technical support, and enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including server setup, automation scripts, monitoring workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to Linux systems and infrastructure management
• Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
• Diagnose and solve real-world Linux administration and infrastructure challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, scalability, security, and operational efficiency
• Identify configuration issues, security vulnerabilities, inefficient implementations, or incorrect assumptions in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on Linux systems, infrastructure, and enterprise operations

Requirements

• Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, server administration, and shell scripting
• Experience with networking, system monitoring, security practices, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, containers, or automation tools is preferred
• Ability to critically evaluate infrastructure configurations, operational workflows, and system reliability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
