We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with expertise in LinkedIn lead generation, digital outreach, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social platforms, email outreach, networking, and other innovative sales strategies.

The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, generating business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across international markets.


Key Responsibilities

· Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target potential leads, prospects, and decision-makers.

· Generate leads and sales through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, social media, networking, referrals, freelancing platforms, and direct outreach.

· Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage and nurture potential clients.

· Build strong professional relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.

· Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

· Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services/packages accordingly.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

· Maintain lead pipelines, CRM records, and sales reports.

· Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies for better conversions.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital sales and lead generation.


Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

· Experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Digital Sales.

· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to generate leads using different online and offline methods.

· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation tools.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
