MantraCare is looking for a compassionate and qualified Clinical Psychologist to provide assessment and therapy services for clients dealing with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related mental health concerns. The candidate will work closely with clients through structured therapy sessions and evidence-based interventions.

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations for clients
• Provide individual therapy sessions for OCD and related conditions
• Develop personalized treatment and intervention plans
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT and ERP
• Maintain accurate case notes, therapy documentation, and progress reports
• Coordinate with internal care teams for holistic client support
• Ensure ethical and professional standards in all clinical practices
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers

• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or equivalent recognized qualification
• Valid RCI License (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in treating OCD patients (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of CBT, ERP, and psychotherapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in handling online and offline therapy sessions
• Ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Multilingual communication skills are an advantage

• On-site role in Paschim Vihar, Delhi
• Client-facing therapy and assessment responsibilities
