Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, based in Noida. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and tests, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, providing counseling services for children and their families, and offering clinical supervision to other professionals. The role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address various developmental challenges and ensuring the emotional and mental well-being of children under our care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in clinical Psychology.
- Experience in administering and interpreting Psychological Testing and assessments.
- Strong background in Mental Health support and intervention planning.
- Skills in Clinical Supervision and ability to guide other team members effectively.
- Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (required).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- A Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working with children with developmental challenges is highly desirable.
