Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaison Architect located in Thane. The Liaison Architect will be responsible for coordinating with Town Planning Authorities, ensuring compliance with zoning regulations, and overseeing the integration of design and planning activities. Daily tasks include preparing architectural proposals, managing client and stakeholder communication, conducting project feasibility analyses, and facilitating project approvals from regulatory bodies. The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
• Knowledge of Software Development and system Integration to support design processes
• Proficiency in Project Management, including timelines, cost estimation, and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and an ability to navigate regulatory environments
• Relevant professional experience in liaising with local and regional planning authorities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with professional accreditation preferred
• Familiarity with the regulatory framework within Maharashtra and surrounding regions is advantageous
